How to avoid going GAGA?

For those of you who have been receiving my newsletters for some time and have read my book, you will know that I strongly encourage exercise and also going out in the sun for quarter of an hour every day.

Both will help to prevent the development of prostate cancer, but they are of course important for general health as well. That is unsurprising since my approach is holistic. Now we have new evidence that that is the case.

At the International Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease in Hawaii recently, two studies were revealed – one that disclosed a link between exercise and Alzheimer’s prevention, while the other found a link between the lack of Vitamin D and later developing this disease.

In fact the research the Framingham Heart Study reported that you can cut your risk of getting dementia by half if you do moderate to heavy exercise and get some sunshine. Although I put vitamin D3 in total health, you can actually get 10,000 IU from 15 minutes of exposure to the sun (without any sunblock or other cream)

In fact, researchers found that vitamin D deficiency can raise the risk of mental impairment up to fourfold.

Alzheimer’s is a form of dementia that afflicts more than 26 million people worldwide. It often strikes the elderly. There is no known cure.

In another study, Scientists from the University of California posited that people of the age 65 or above who drank tea on regular basis showed over 37% fewer signs of dementia compared to those who didn’t have any.

Alzheimer’s and dementia generally are most devastating diseases. It must be terrible to know that your mind is going and be completely unable to do anything about it.

If you care about your partner/wife/children, you also have the additional worry that they are going to have to look after you as you degenerate. Not only is that a devastating experience for them but the hopelessness makes it even worse.

So please, if you are not already doing so, go to a gym regularly, at least three times a week preferably more, and make sure you have regular doses of sunshine, if possible every day. And drink green tea on a regular basis or at least use my rejuvenayte supplement because each capsule contains the equivalent of 12 cups of green tea.

If you do not a ready have a copy, read my book because the diet and the exercise that I recommend is not only good for your prostate but also may prevent senility.

I wish you good health
