Shipping and Return Policy Shipping & Fulfillment Center Location
Orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. Our fulfillment service operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Please remember that orders are not processed or shipped out on the weekends.

We`ll e-mail an order confirmation to you, including a tracking number.
We use FedEx Ground and USPS Mail 3-5 business days delivery service to deliver our orders in USA, depending on the size of the order. If you wish we can send your order by Priority or Express Mail for additional charge. You can choose this method during checkout.
For International orders we use USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days service. If you wish we can send your order by Express Mail for additional charge. You can choose this method during checkout. Shipping Rates
We ship free of charge within USA and UK. You only have to pay additional postage cost if you wish your order to be sent by Priority or Express delivery.
For International orders outside of USA and UK there will be additional fixed shipping charge of $ 35.
For International Shipments:
Please order this product only if you are confident that it is allowed for importation into your country, and you are willing to assume complete responsibility for your shipment being delayed, returned, confiscated, and/or destroyed by your country's customs or postal delivery services. If in the event that your country's customs refuses clearance for your item we will issue you a refund 100% of your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) only if we receive your returned item within 60 days when it has been paid for using PayPal and 90 days when it has been paid for by debit/credit card.
We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. If you purchase is not as you expected, just return it unopened in its original condition and packaging within 60 days and we will be happy to provide a full refund, excluding the original postage cost.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return the item please notify us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org that you intend to do so. You do not need to pay for return postage within USA.
In response to a customer's return request, we will provide a return label--sent via email and then can be displayed on the computer screen--that you can print from the computer on standard paper. You will need to affix the bar-coded label and then present the package to the specify postal services. The labels are postage-paid. This service available for United States addresses only.
Please note: We do not provide return pre-paid label for International returns.
